PASIGHAT, NOV. 19:  Director of Census Operations (DCO) Cum Joint Registrar General ( CRS) Arunachal Pradesh Dr. Pooja Pandey, IAS ,  inspected the Civil Registration System (CRS)   unit  today during her official tour to Pasighat  and  also  took stock of the status of  field works of Pre -Test House Listing Operation   covering selected wards   of Pasighat Municipal Council  from November 10^th to 30^th . The DCO stressed for accurate data collection in the Pre Test for House-listing and Housing Census  in the run up to  Census 2027 ,which is being taken up in a fully digital  mode.

 Kasep Tayom, ADES cum Additional District Registrar (CRS)/ Additional District Census Officer accompanied the Director in both the inspections.  During the inspection, the DCO   interacted with the Enumerators and Supervisors and taken their feedbacks and issues  of the ongoing HLO Pre-test Population Census of India 2027,as informed.

 It may be mentioned that Enumerators and Supervisors  have also received training for efficient data collection from field with the help of specially designed app.
